We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

These are wonderful. They keep the wine fresh and if you knock over a bottle they don't leak! Great product!
These things are simply awesome! I’ve tested them over week time periods and they have never lost their vacuum seal. They are bulkier than I thought, so they don’t fit in places I was hoping they would for me, but that’s not a product issue. Just a really solid innovation that I’m sure will become a staple for wine folks in the years to come
Set of wine bottle tops. We drink wine with dinner several nights a week but one glass is enough so I needed a way to save the bottle for another day. These are wonderful. You press the button and put it in top of the bottle. The seal is strong and keeps the wine fresh.
Love these stoppers! They are super for when I need to open and use just a bit of wine for cooking. They are easy to put in the bottle and with the vacuum seal, have not leaked into my wine fridge as some do.
This nice heavy built vacuum wine stopper appears much harder than any others. I hope that this review helps you as much as this product helps me.

Used it for the first time and it worked very well. Had a significant vacuum on the bottle when reopened and wine was as good as the day before. Very happy with results.
As a wine lover, I'm always looking for an easy to use wine stopper to keep my wine fresh. The product is great, and very convenient. Instructions were easy to follow. I used to own traditional crystal stopper, but now with the vacuum function, it keeps my wine even more fresh and reseals the bottle perfectly.
It’s such a cool product and I like it so much! The wine stopper is operated conveniently. Just press the wine stopper into the bottle mouth, and then it will pump the air out of the bottle automatically. Also, the design of Intelligent pressure detection is great. It keeps my opened wine fresh without worrying air leakage. The wine I opened 4 days ago is still tasted nice. In short, it’s an excellent product for preserving your opened wine.
Very easy to use and pretty much effortless. The design quite sample and material didn’t look cheap. I used to use the manual vacuum system and this tool saved my time.

Sure wish I would have found this sooner
I’ve tried these on bottles that have a screw top and they work great. No leaking, air tight seal. I used one for my champagne and the next day, it was still pretty bubbly. The marker is a really cool feature, even though wine doesn’t last long in my house. I will be buying more of these for gifts
We dont drink wine much, but when we do we end up sticking the corks back in. These are a nicer and easier way to cork the bottle without the headache of trying to smash the cork back in. Pumps easy and goes on easy. Def a life saver.
I’m very happy with my new wine stoppers. It is very easy to use. Now I have no problem with an opening the bottle. I plan to order another set, since I always have several different sorts of wine at home, each for a different occasion and mood, now I am calm for their safety after opening the bottle!
I'm not a big wine drinker. I mean, I will have a glass maybe once a month or even less than that, maybe use the rest for cooking or something...but it is important I think to keep the wine fresh. These little guys do the trick! It's so amazing! I love the vacuum seal idea, and they really do keep my wine fresh even though I don't drink it often! I used to feel bad about having just one glass but now I don't...I can keep the wine fresh now!
