We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Creates a comfortable shave and if you use it every day / every other day you can keep stubble down affectively. If anyone says it doesn’t shave well or produce a clean enough/even enough shave it’s because they are trying to shave their full beards and this is not what it is designed for. It may take you 10 min standing over the sink to shave off a full beard, but If you use it every day after a shower for 2 min you can stay clean and even.
I haven’t used a shaver in over 40 years, bought this one because I’m taking blood thinners and don’t want to take a chance of nicking my face with a razor. So far it’s worked as advertised, no complaints and was cheaper than the more expensive models
I bought an electric razor 30 years ago. it was noisy, vibrated like a jack hammer, and sort of shaved my face. I have used a blade ever since but at seventy years of age I was tired of it... I bought this having seen that people either loved it or hated it... I have now decided that those who hate it probably work for the competition... For the price, or at any price, I could not ask for a better shaver. It is quiet, powerful, easy to clean, and most of all... It shaves my face!
Have had it for over a month and used a full charge to empty and recharged. Shaving 2-3 time a week, it will last for 2 weeks. Motor speed is a bit slower than the more expensive ones, but it gets the job done if you have a little patience. Very good unit for the money.
I bought one of these for my father, he loves it. A couple years later, I purchased another one for my father-in-law when he got sick and was put on blood thinners and couldn't shave any longer with a blade. He enjoyed his also. For the money, it's a great razor. It holds a charge for about 5-6 shaves my father said.
My husband was in hospital recently and wanted me to order him a cordless razor. This one fit the bill very nicely, 'He still uses it at home when he is in a hurry. Easy to clean. Thank you for a wonderful product.
This is a great little shaver for the money! I purchased this model for my adult Downs brother and it performs exactly as it states. He can handle it well and it is sturdy enough for his general care. This shaver is exactly we needed for his grooming needs.
This is as good as it gets for an electric razor. Good design, great shaving heads, excellent features. For the money it can’t be beat.The only down side is it runs a little slow but still shaves very closely. Change the heads once a year or so and enjoy the value. I liked it. Recommend.
My previous one was broken and not working, I ordered this product and it arrived at my door the next day! I am not even a prime member, this is beyond my expectations on the delivery speed, very happy on this part.
I've always absolutely hated traditional shaving, so I looked in to electric razors. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this product as I had never tried using an electric razor before but I am sufficiently impressed. It delivered a clean and comfortable shave, with a shockingly little amount of skin irritation for being a first time user.
This economical shaver is great for the price and does a good job. I've had I've had 2 previous Norelcos that were top of the line in their day. This one is cheaper, lighter weight, you can use while charging, and the cap stays on better. This is the perfect for me. Performs great.
I ordered it for my husband. He had a stroke last year & insists that I still shave him. His last electric shaver broke & I ordered this one. It shaves close enough that I only need to shave him every other day. I also used the trimmer on his mustache & gowtee, however you spell that.
