How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I have used the razor for a week now and am delighted by the quality of the shave I receive. My previous razor sounded like it worked harder or turned the blades faster but it did not cut as smoothly. No pulls or problems. I normally use it still plugged in only because I am not mobile with it so I can't say how long a single charge would last but all things considered it is worth the price and I would recommend it to a friend without question.

The last time I tried an electric shaver was about 35 years ago, and I found none that I was satisfied with. I used a conventional razor since then. Now that I am retired, and a very close shave is no longer necessary, I decided to again try an electric shaver. I found a good one. This item, in my opinion, is he best electric shaver out there. The shave isn't as close as with a razor, but, used daily, it does the job.
I was a little hesitant about ordering this shaver as my first electric shaver. From the unbox to now, several weeks later after use, I cannot find one fault with this shaver. It gives me a clean, close shave. It is very easy to clean and comfortable to hold and use. The battery charge lasts me a reasonable amount of time before slowing down and requiring me to plug it in. What once took me 5-10 minutes to shave my face/neck, now takes me 30 seconds. This gives me back 182.5 minutes back in my year. That may not seem a lot, but when you consider over a shaving lifetime (60 years) you'll get back 10,920 minutes of your life. And who doesn't want 48 days of your life back?
I replaced an electric shaver that I have had for years and this one seems to work better than the last one, it runs much quieter than my old one so at first I thought it wasn't working properly but it has surprised me after 3-4 days of use, just because it is quieter doesn't mean it isn't working just as fast and hard, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to a friend
After using this shaver for the past 6 weeks, I'd feel remiss if I didn't write a review on it. Most of my shaving life (73 years), I used various razors, foams and gels, throwing away cartridges after a few uses. I'd stand in front of the sink until my back started hurting me. A few months ago while I was in the hospital, I cut myself shaving and it wouldn't stop bleeding (blood thinners). All I want is a close shave, not a self sacrifice! With this little beauty, I get a close, comfortable shave. I just take it in my bedroom, sit on my bed, listen to my classic rock and shave away. I'm very pleased with this shaver!
Everything is similar to my old one, except this one can be cleaned with running water, which I find easier. My shave is also super close, just like my old one.
I used to shave with a razor and my face just didn't like it, even when I shaved every there days or so. But this thing makes it so much easier to keep shaved. The hair gets trapped inside and doesn't make a mess as long as your facial hair isn't too long, and it's easy to clean under running water. The shave is close enough (not as close as a razor and maybe a higher-end electric shaver), and I care more about not destroying my skin with a razor anyways.
I've had like 3 Norelcos in my last 30ish shaving years, and I just received this 1 today. After unboxing it, I was pleased to find it had some charge to it already. When I tried shaving with it, it handled my mildly full-figured face well and 'rewarded' me with a large clump of hair when I emptied it. The sideburn trimmer also worked well. All in all, I'd call it a winner, providing the batteries hold up well to continued use and charging
This is my first time using an electric shaver and I'm really pleased with it. It definitely is a bit of a learning curve from a razor, and my skin took a little while to get used to it (the booklet states to use it exclusively for 3 weeks for a reason), but I'm able to get a really close shave with much less time and effort. Like many people have said, it's not *quite* as smooth as a razor, but it's more than enough for most applications, I think. I really like the little trimmer tool, too.
Life seems to always be in a hurry...especially in the mornings. I leave very early and time flies when trying to prep for the day while dragging the bod around the house trying to wake up. Sounds stupid, but I finally decided to use an electric razor (vs. soap/water shaving) and actually gaining 10 minutes to my routine. Product is working very well and the rinse and clean feature is awesome...take a chance and buy
I've always wanted these but never could find which exact one I wanted and for awhile I convinced myself it would be a waste of money. NOT AT ALL, this product is so nice, so easy to clean your face is never red when your done shaving, it's never itchy scratchy feel, it's not a loud razor either. This is very nice the blades are so thin its actually feels soft on bare skin and its so easy to operate. Definitely recommended!
i've had this for 6 months now. works much better than the last couple of units i've had. It will give a smooth shave if you move a little slower than you might normally. it even works after 2 or 3 days of not shaving. I was thinking that the only way to get a good shave anymore would be with a blade, but i'm happy with this unit. And it was a great price, I was considering some over $100 models to get a good shave. Glad i tried this one.
Very good shaver.. The charge lasts a long time. Shave is smooth and if you run out of charge you can still plug it in to finish shaving which most shavers you can not do..

With electric shavers going to well over $100 it's nice to find a excellent razer at this low price. The funny thing is I had a much more expensive razer but it was almost impossible to clean, whereas this one can be cleaned very easily. And yes, it does the job, it shaves and trims just like you would expect. I would definitely buy another one.
Battery life is outstanding and even if you forget to charge it you can plug it into the charger and use it with the charger connected. It's also VERY easy to clean because the shaver head flips up so you can remove everything.
I really don't need a perfect blade shave, so I am very happy with this purchase. Recommend
I know nothing about them I had surgery and can't take a shower for a while so I got this as I normally wet shave. It works great and occasionally grabs a whisker and hurts, lol but I not hairy I normally shave every few days with a little stubble. All in all pleased with it.
I can’t see any difference in how well this model shaves compared to my more expensive (5000 series model) I bought this because I am traveling and forgot a razor. Another benefit is this entire razor is about the same price as new blades for my fancier model.. Botton line, it works. And it is easier to clean.
Each generation gets lighter in weight but keeps the water cleaning feature. Just flip the cover up and run it under the faucet—it is clean. Never runs out of power when shaving but do plug it in once in a while to keep the molecules charged and shaver ready to go. As a low price point shaver does the job well
Some other give you a closer shaving, I have the blades from an older model I own, but one of those that can not work after the battery is dead, I adapted the blades to this one and it do a much better and close shaving. The best part with this electric shaver is that when the battery is gone you can continue use it with the power cord.
Full disclosure - I’ve had a modestly trimmed beard for a long time, which in my case is about twenty years. During that time, I’ve been shaving in the shoe, which was satisfactory until a accident put me flat on my back. So now, using an electric shaver suddenly became The preferred way to tame my tough beard.
