How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It shaves so well. Nice clean cuts. It's kinda large for a trimmer, but then again performs better than just a trimmer.
Charged once and used it 3 times for my husbands really thick beard! The size of the attachments are perfect for a beard trim or hair cut. It heavy and feels perfect when using. I have spent a lot mire money on other brands and they didn’t do this good if a job!
I didn't expect much while buying this It is a better product than the product price I cut my short hair around my head, it was neatly organized.
This is a really cool thing.It is made of metal and is extremely smooth and bulky.It's cut very close and the attachment is exactly what I want to leave stubble on.It comes with oil and accessories, all individually wrapped in airtight plastic bags, and the whole box is even shrink-wrapped.It USES A C-type USB for charging and even comes with braided cables.It seems to me that this is a big detail.I'm glad all my trimmers are broken except this one.I just hope it lasts a long time.I highly recommend this product. This outliner is amazing! Let me start off by saying that the outliner is very small and lightweight (which makes handling very easy). I also like the fact that the outliners battery life is amazing. Since I received this outliner, I have not had to recharge the batter( I use it daily to trim my beard). If you are looking for a affordable, lightweight trimmer, then I highly recommend giving this one a try.
I had a cordless clipper for years, and it finally died, so I needed to replace it. This is working great for me, I appreciate that it came with different sized comb, and I like that I only have plug it into a USB power supply, rather than having to plug it into a wall socket. The best for last, It has 2 speeds, very nice when you are doing some close detail trimming
This shaver simply does what is meant to, it shaves well and quick, it has a single button to turn it on and off. It will trim down to some shade just like all electrical shavers. The machine is not too heavy and the battery lasts about week of use very day. Good value for the price
Yesterday I cut my husband's hair and beard with the new hair cutting and beard trimming clippers. It is light weight, easier to use than any of the clippers I have used on my husband over the past forty years of cutting his hair. The charge lasted long enough to get bot his hair and beard cut, which our old clippers was not able to do so this is a great plus for this clippers. It does not come with the plug to go in the wall although I put one I had in the picture. This clippers is way better than we expected so we are very pleased with the purchase.
Very nice set of trimmer. I have the ConairMAN for only a year and the spring on the inside is already rusted and broken. This set is by far much better. It’s heavier then it looks, and it’s not made with cheap plastic. I have not tested the 300 mins working time, but that’s a long time. I also love the led display for the battery level. Trust me, you do not want to run out of battery cutting your own hair; I’ve done that before!
This trimmer is made with great quality and is heavy duty. It tried it for the first time today and it cuts very well. No need to repeat the technical information others offer, but they were the reason for me purchasing it. I am not sure on the battery life yet, but did let it charge for the initial 8 hours and works great. I will have to retrim some areas that I missed, but couldn't tell until after a shower. I would recommend this as a good home trimmer.
The trimmers work really well and the battery lasts a long time. It has a battery indicator light showing the % of charge. You can charge it with your computer or with a compatible charger. Charger not included in the kit. It's light, fits my hand, has three different thickness combs and looks COOL. But, like all other things, if you expect to pick it up and instantly be a accomplished barber, keep getting your hair cut at the local barber shop or salon. I've cut my own hair, off and on when necessary, since the 1980's. What a mess in the beginning! After a few good and bad experiences I, and others, liked the results. Then I got busy and went to barbers. When COVID came along that changed. It took a little time to get back into the rhythm but this works better than the clippers I've kept stashed in the cabinet. Worth the price and I'd recommend it to a friend.
I bought this for my father’s birthday, because I know he is into this kind of ornate stuff. He keeps his hair short and said the trimmer gives a good, clean shave. He loves his gift.
