How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I travel a lot for work and demand a lot from a travel mug. I needed a mug that I could throw in a bag, no leaks, keep my drink warm, and be able to get banged up. Pros: your drink will stay hot and I mean HOT for 24 hours, this mug can take a beating, does not leak. Cons: if you think you can drink your coffee soon after pouring it into this mug, you are mistaken. When I say it keeps your drink, I truly mean it. It is not dishwasher safe, which is annoying but forgivable. You do have to put some muscle into opening and closing the spout. This is fine if you have the time and attention to do it, but make sure you close the lid, otherwise it does not self-close like some other travel mugs. The benefit is that you don't have to clean the nooks and crannies of self-closing mugs. I would recommend this and would buy again if needed.
This travel mug really keeps things hot for hours and hours. It's simply amazing. Actually, I have to wait 10-15 minutes with the cap fully opened to not burn myself with coffee. I don't drink cold beverages, so I can't input on that. But it's great to keep your coffee or tea hot all day. It's totally leak proof if closed properly. The mug doesn't sweat and doesn't get hot on the outside.
I already have one, but need another as it (or the lid) might not make it through the dishwasher before next day and wanted a second one to run through. This is a solid mug and provides a pretty darn leak proof experience. As long as you remember to snap it shut, I've thrown it in my messenger bag between commute and the office without incident - we'll see if time wears down that seal. Lacking 5 stars on leaking just that if you fill it too high and it overflows when you put the lid on, beverage can get behind the rubber grip and continues to leak out for a while after you think you've wiped it all off. Also, the cup is not technically dishwasher safe - lid is, but cup is recommended handwash. I still run it through the dishwasher but sometimes scum/residue can get stuck inside because of the shape. If you have a better dishwasher or commit to washing it by hand (use a bottle brush, or have small hands) it's not hard to clean. Glad the lid goes through the dishwasher.
Like other reviewers, when I got my mug, I was confused about how to open. It's easy.
I love these. Any hot beverage you put in it in the morning is still at least warm by the end of the day, and the liquid stays actually hot for an very, very long time. Hours. It doesn't leak, and the ones I purchased have lasted well. It's been a few months now, and we have been putting them on the top rack of the dishwasher. Sometimes I have to add a little hand washing because they are so tall and thin that the dishwasher spray doesn't completely clean them out. The color coating on the outside is flaking, I suspect from dishwasher cleaning, but we really don't care about that. What I do care about is keeping my coffee hot, and that it does like a champ. By far the best coffee mug I've ever used. Some days I'll stick the last of the coffee from the maker in one of these and leave it on the counter. If I want a cup of coffee in the evening, it's still nice and warm, so no need to make a new pot for just one cup of coffee.
It seems like there are a million travel mugs out there and with so similar designs. But when you go to find your 'perfect' travel mug, it can be quite the hunt. That's what happened to me. 1) my grip isn't as strong as I get older so I was looking for a travel mug that had a good grip and not slip through my hand, 2) I was looking for a size that I could use with my coffee maker, 3) I didn't want a top heavy design and still fit into my car's cup holder. This travel mug checked all my boxes. This is my only travel mug now and love it.
This cup works great for traveling weather it is in a car or when flying to locations. For cars, it fits in all the different rental cars I've had when traveling and of course my personal car. When flying, I take the mug apart, put in a gallon size zip-lock bag and can easily toss into one of the containers at security check point keeping my cup clean. Once I get past check points, I normally get a bite to eat and fill up my mug and it stays cold and or hot on the flights to my next destination.
These things are awesome!!!! I tried to make it leak when I first got it just to make sure. I put the lid on as tight as I could and closed it and nothing!!!! I wanted something I could have water in when I travel or just for general use and this works perfect for my needs. It seems the QC on these is hit and miss but no issues here. It keeps ice cold all night long and a warm drink warm for a good 5 or 6 hours. at least this was my experience. Also a tip for coffee drinkers like myself, leave room in the mug for a good 2 to 3 ice cubes and that should cool the coffee down enough to be enjoyed. Plus if the mug is moved a lot with hot coffee in it, it can create pressure due to the heat and that may cause it to leak. I personally would not put it in a bag with a laptop but I have put it in a pocket and it seemed to not leak.
Went to the beach in Florida with my sister who ALWAYS carries one of these. I borrowed her husband’s for the day and was sold! This keeps hot tea or coffee super hot so be sure to vent it before you lock it down, to cool it off just a little. Easy to keep clean no hidden parts. I use a sponged bottle brush from The Dollar Store to reach the bottom.
I love this travel mug. It really does keep cold liquids cold and as for hot coffee, if I pour it right from a fresh pot, when I get to work a half-hour later, I sip carefully so it doesn't burn my mouth.
It keeps my coffee warm from 7am till about 10am, i would say. I usually finish my coffee before 9am but some days i’m so busy at work i don’t have time to drink until 10… good product. Would buy again!
I work as a massage therapist, and it can literally take me hours to finish a mug of coffee! It fits easily in the car cup holder, and it is virtually leak-proof when snapped shut--in case you accidentally throw it in your tote bag. Highly recommended!
