How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This tire inflator worked just fine ... does get warm but just let it cool off before unhooking. battery stronger than expected
Bought this because I have want to do backpack biking over the pass weekend and I have to say it does come in very handle and compact size even tho luckily I don't have to use it.
SEEMS on heavy side. But great to have while touring on bike. You carry ONE item with THREE functions... emergency light, pump and power bank. Great for late night puncture repair and charge GPS during day.
I like everything about it long battery pumps up my tires comes with a nice holding bag flashlight is very powerful charges my phone really really quick faster than actually faster than my charger does five stars all the way around
Best Cyber Monday deal ever! Didn't charge it! Filled a tire from 20psi to 33.5psi. Ran down the battery completely. It takes 3-4 hours to fully recharge. Much better than 8 or more hours. Will fill a 75x15 tire from 30 psi to 34psi in under 2 min. Filled 3 of these, plus the emergency spare which took about 3min from 24.5 psi to 34 psi without depleting the battery. PSI readings are the same as compared with my Husky air pressure gauge. Why I bought it was I've had several cigarette socket air pumps which will only fill 1 1/2 low tires without having to reset the fuse or have it blow the socket fuse. The big orange button is for the power bank only. if it doesn't stay lit, recharge the unit. Lightweight, easy to use, and accessory adapters are in an onboard compartment.

I love this thing! First, I ride my bike on the beach a lot, and fear punctures. Or on the road, an errant nail? But with this, I can get some quick air, move on, and even if I have to do that a few times for a faster leak, it's easy! So what? Second, I noticed the fenders on my boat were low, and take a foot ball filler, which I have, and this thing added pressure to the 15" by 48" fender (a big one) in just a minute or two, and I'm in business there without huffing and puffing, or breaking out a bigger pump. Tiny little thing does the job, and doesn't complain (like I do). So I love it!
Easy to use and works! All 4 tires were low. One needed 7 lbs, the other 3 needed 3 lbs each. Took care of all 4 and the battery was still at full charge. It's going to be my new "go to" adult gift. And, I contacted customer service when I thought it wasn't charging (it was my plug not the charger). They were extremely responsive, offered to replace it before I figured out the issue and sent me a video on how to use it. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!
When we are on the road, my husband always is on lookout for Les Schwab for air pressure check and/or adjustment in tires. They've been good for us, but unfortunately not available on every corner. Now, that's where Nulksen Tire Inflator comes to the rescue! Lighweight, easy to assamly and use, just like promised. Also, comes with stylish carrying pouch, big enough to fit the device and charger, yet small enough to fit in glovebox. Device works little louder than I expected, but the again, there is a proof of efficiency. I would definitely use it often and would recommend to all my friends.
I chose to purchase this air pump solely on the basis that it has maintained a 5-star rating with more than 200 reviews. In actuality, I had my doubts. In using it, however, I am more than pleased and, in fact, anticipate that I'll purchase a second one. It is portable and easy to use, and it has enough battery reserve to at least pump up four larger mountain bike tires to street pressure (e.g., 60psi). The pump itself seems well-designed, including onboard storage of accessories to fill balls as well as Presta tire valves, and it comes with a nice carrying case that is large enough for the pump, its charging cord, and instructions. The LED display is quite useful and easy to read.
I tried it on my bike and ball and it works great. The digital display is accurate and the design is just phenomenal. Light a great addition.
The product arrived fast and in perfect condition. It is very easy to use, although it takes a little bit time to do its job but it’s worth it. The product is the perfect size so it doesn’t take up much space. I am going to leave it in my car.
Got this for my motorcycle compact and powerful .
The small portable device is a great toy for me. I like to drive on the forest service road in some remote area with my regular RAV 4, not for heavy off-road but still a rough circumstance in some time. The air pump gives me some support to prevent the ‘oops’, the spare tire is not in its correct pressure always. I think everybody's spare tire is not in the good condition, right? It can help me drive home on time.
In the morning, I got up and found that one side of the tire was leaking, because the tire was stuck to the nail. Now first inflate the tire, and then do the tire repair.
OK first impressions this is my first day owning it , if you don’t like reading instructions, you’ll be able to figure this out easily. It fills up the tires on my electric scooter and electric bike easily. Though the only issue I have is the tire pressure gauge seems a little in accurate. When You first turn it on it will read on psi once you pump air the gauge jump example. Connect pump to tire psi reads 26 then I pump to 30 psi then the gauge reads 32 afterwards , I would definitely Carry another Tire pressure gauge just to be certain. Besides that, it works a pumping the tires Only wish they would include a quick release adapter hose but you can’t have it all.
This little compressor is a must have. If you have kids just buy it. I have used it on balls 🏀 Bikes BMX,Mountain and fat wheel E-bikes,paddle boards. It’s a must have at motocross tracks to get psi right for different dirt. Works on the cars as well.
I used this product to inflate one of the tires on my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu and it worked as advertised. Be sure to turn it on before attaching the short straight hose that comes with it, then screw the open end on to to tire valve and watch it inflate your tire to the desired pressure (default is 35 psi). I do not know how this works on bicycle tires or sports equipment (basketballs, volleyballs, etc., but as far as I am concerned this product works just fine. The instructions are a little vague and you have to purchase your own charger, but I am very happy with this producat.

Have a slow leak from a patch in my truck tire. Will need tire replaced patch can't be fixed but there is another 10k miles in the tire. This inexpensive tool saved me quite a bit of money not replacing tires early. Does pump a little slow but I am used to a full size air compressor does my truck tires at 40psi easy enough takes 5 to 10 minutes to go from 20 to 40 psi

I can't tell you how many times I've been unprepared for a flat tire. Earlier this month i got a flat on one of my cars luckily my coworker let me borrow his compressor. Maybe two weeks later i get a flat on my other car and was left stranded in the middle of the street. I bought this air compressor and luckily after getting a flat this past week on the first car, I had wised up and got this bad boy. Thank God I did. Buy one, this one if you fancy it. I would recommend this to ANYONE with a car. Don't drive without it.
After passing like 3 people in a week on the side of the road with flat tires, I finally just said screw it and bought this and a tire repair kit. I pumped up a coworkers flat tire so she could get home. All in all, I really like this. It fits snugly in the top of the tool box in my car, and it has multiple attachments. It's great. Highly recommend.
I'm highly impressed with this air compressor. It has everything and more. It has a digital read out. It also has a battery so you can use this thing on the go. It's amazing and it works great! It arrived quick and on time. I'm going to buy another!
