How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I am giving this card a holder 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to do. It holds you cards well and it is made of metal. It is not cheap feeling and for what I bought it for, it works great.

This case is well crafted with great attention to detail. Stitching is tight and secure. Large enough to accommodate twenty standard business cards yet slips into coat pocket without causing unnecessary bulge. Built-in magnetic closure is thoughtful and appreciated. Even though business cards are fast becoming relics of yore there's still a sense of personal touch communicated every time one offers or receives them even if only to share social contacts. I carry this case with me all the time.
This can hold about 12 cards depending on your card stock, they all slide out together when you use the thumb hole, they do not come out individually but I was more concerned about the holder not bending in my pocket. It is solid and feels good even when I have it in my shirt pocket.
I love this little card holder. I needed something that wasn't going to tear the fabric inside my purse, and this is perfect. It looks really professional and well made. The metal plate on the front gives it a nice look. The stitching is perfect, and the magnet is strong. The inside is soft material, but sturdy, so your cards won't get bent or damaged. I keep about 15 cards in mine, because if I put any more than that it's hard to get them out. If you need to hold more than 15-20 cards at any given time, you may want to look for a bigger one, but this small one is perfect for my needs.
This product matches my external office gear really well -- I have a messenger bag in a similarly toned leather, including a business card book (for receiving cards), and a portfolio case. Infact, that's why I purchased this product. I was happily surprised that even though it's PU, it didn't stink up my entire bag or anything. I have gotten quite a few appreciative glances, as I'm often in places where exchanging business cards is really common, and this spices it up just right. Not as cheesy as a cellphone card holder, and not as simple as a metal case! I recommend it to anyone looking to make just that extra 0.1 impression when handing out that business card!
This is a very essential part of my EDC. We work outdoors and are in and out of trucks all day and my cards are how customers find me. Being able to keep them in my pocket, protected and looking fresh is very important. This is a workhorse as well as looking nice.
These are awesome! I just lost mine while photographing a wedding so I had to order another. These hold about 17 of my cards, they don't get scratched like some other slide out holders, and it's comfortable enough to always have with you. I had my original one for four years and you wouldn't believe how many people think it's the coolest thing that you can just whip a card out of the holder like this.
Nice card holder! Holds 20 cards of regular stock easily. Yes sometimes more than one card slides out in the beginning, but the top one is taken its easy enough to slide the others back in. Great for engraving too, makes it an even better gift for friends or co-workers.
My boyfriend loves it!! I stopped by "Things Remembered" and got it engraved as well before gifting it to him. He's received several compliments and it makes a difference when you're trying to impress people to do business with you. We've had it for 3 months, minor scratches, not even noticeable unless you look really hard; you'll be handing the card through the slider so no one will notice any scratches even if they were major. I definitely recommend!
