How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This is best egg slicer I've found. Very sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean. I use it all the time to slice eggs for egg salad and potato salad. I have washed it in my dishwasher on the top rack with no problems.

Easy to use and clean cuts
As I expected, this product is all that an egg slicer should be: sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean. And it's large enough to allow the egg to be turned around and diced through the grid!
It also cuts the eggs thinner than the old one did. Quite a bit thinner in fact and it's the perfect size for egg salad or slices in a salad. Lastly, there are few places for bits to get stuck unlike my old one making this very easy to clean. I feel like a lunatic raving over an egg slicer but it is a game changer. I will be giving some out as gifts for sure.

Such a tiny thing that gives me so much joy. Slice your hard-boileds for open-faced avocado toasts. Dice them for salads. What CAN'T this thing do?
Does the job and cleans easily
Why is it, that when I put a hard boiled egg in this thing and close the wire lid, it cuts the egg? This product must be flawed. Nothing ever works as advertised, these days. However, this product does. It works and is easy to clean, under running water. It's a good egg slicer, if you take care of/not abuse your kitchen gadgets.
Holding a boiled egg still while you slice it can be tricky business. That’s why you need this Egg Slicer. It makes egg slicing a cinch, and if you need to dice eggs you simply rotate the egg quarter clockwise and slice again. We love this brand because it comes with a nonslip coating on the handle which makes it safer and more comfortable to operate, and it is dishwasher safe so you can just put it on the top rack when you’re finished using it.
Love this egg slicer. I bought it to replace a Pampered Chef slicer that wouldn’t hold the slicing wire part in place. This one works perfectly and holds together!
As a restaurant owner I’ve used many, many brands of egg slicers and I always come back to this one. Even though it’s more expensive than other ones you can get please trust me when I say it is money well spent. We cut dozens of eggs every day and the lifetime of this egg slicer is much longer than any other brand I’ve tried and it stays sharp longer than any other brand I’ve tried as well. I highly recommend!

This is a great gadget for slicing eggs. I sliced two dozen in no time at all and the results were spot on.
I like how you can cut the cut both ways. It's high quality and survives the dishwasher just fine.

This egg slicer works great. It also seems very sturdy. I had a different egg slicer & replaced it because it was hard to clean. This one is very easy to clean. Love it so far.
This is the second one I have owned (last one failed because I was too rough during cleaning). Works to slice eggs, turn the 90 degrees after slicing to make a 'chop.' Recommend it!
