How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

My patch job isn’t perfect, but it’s not that noticeable either. I had enough compound left to fix more than a few cracks and worn spots on my old couch. Great repair kit!
As others have said, if you want professional results then hire a professional. If you can’t afford one but want to save your couch, then this kit is perfect!
Worked great. If you do your prep work and take your time this product works great. Love that they give you enough options to mix and match colors and we have some left in case it needs touching up
Worked well to fix small crack in my leather car seat and a large tear in my vinyl arm rest. Holding up well after 30 days. Color matching took time. Supplied color matching guide was a good starting point. 1st made a small batch as I did not want to run out of material. Took several tries before I was happy with the color. I don't have any prior experience with mixing paint colors, but guess this would be easier for someone with a artist/art education.
I had a significant amount of holes and cracks to fill with this product, and I am very pleased with how much I was able to cover. I used one kit- about 4 tubes worth of paint, and was able to match the color pretty easily. It took a lot more time than I thought it would. It is difficult to get it smoothed out perfectly. Every time I filled a crack up to the top, it would shrink down significantly, so it took many applications. It does seem very durable and I am pleased with the results! I eventually ran out of filler, but not having the cracks completely hidden wasn't important enough to order another kit.
This product works great to fix small areas. I love the fact that it comes with many colors so you can mix it to the exact color (I could have spent a little more time getting mine to the exact color). Will update in a few weeks to how well it holds up.
It's a pretty simple concept to use. Comes with all the proper tools and lots of colors to mix to make your own seat color. It seemed to be hard to find my seat color but I got it as close as possible. The instructions say it will take a few coats and that's very true I think I got to 3 coats before it was good enough for me. The only thing is it's time consuming and I don't always have the time to do it. I eventually got the color closer to what my seat color looks like. I would totally reccomend this leather repair kit!
Take your time to get a near perfect color match! I used the color guide to start, but the undertone didn't quite match. I kept adding little bits of yellow and blue until the match looked near perfect. Then I did some tests on the bottom and quickly realized that the color dries much darker. I gradually added white and patch tested until I got a color that blended in completely. I took a lot of time to fix all the rips and HOLY MOLY IT WAS WORTH IT! The result looks great and I don't think anyone would notice unless I pointed it out.
As for my repair, it looks pretty good. It's not a miracle fix. If you're actively looking for the repairs you can see them, but it's good enough that when guests come over they probably won't notice it. I'm still going to put covers on the sofa arms to protect them from additional damage, because it's not going to look great if I have to keep redoing it.
This kit saved me a ton of money going to someone else to do a repair and I still have a ton left over.
Overall I was really happy. Our sofa is an odd shade of dark teal pleather, and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get a good match. But that part turned out to be pretty easy with a little bit of trial and error. Fortunately, you can use a cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to help blend it in with the surrounding area, or to remove it entirely and start over if you're not happy with how it looks. Cleanup is really easy. Just rinse your brush and mixing jar with a little alcohol.
The stuff works. I had several tears on my leather couch, mostly along seams. Also worn spots where the coating was peeling and the underlying color was showing. It is probably a fake leather couch. It's important to get the color right and test in a inconspicuous spot. Anyway, it touched up the worm spots. Not perfect like new, but much less obvious and i'm not worried about the coating peeling any further. As for the tears, some i applied the backing stuff that comes with the kit. A little gorilla glue came in handy. Some tears i gorilla glued the actual fake leather of the couch. Final coats over all repairs was with the coconix stuff. Mostly , I applied a few layers of the coconix. Viola! Nice results. I should have taken pictures. Get this stuff. It works.
Good product, good amount of materials. Mixing colors is tricky with any product. The tubes you get have a small nozzle so you can add small amounts to the mixture. It does take practice as with any product. I have seen some that when you open the container, it appears that it would dry out faster. These containers are like tooth paste design, you just squeeze out what you need. Excellent help from the company if you need it. AS you can see from my photo, this is the first time i used it, so i need a little more practice. I purchased some vinyl to practice on.
I also fixed some worn areas on a leather couch, and had to stop myself from going crazy with it all over my house! I can’t wait to find another impossible project to fix! I wish I’d known about it to fix the armrest in my old car that the puppy damaged! Fix it— you will amaze yourself!!!
I love this product! My leather couch had a small whole that developed in one of the creases that I needed to repair. Also, because of the way I sit, alot of the colored leather rubbed off on one of the cushions. The colors were easy to mix using the enclosed color chart, there was no mess, and I was easily able to repair the problem areas. It worked great and saved me from getting a new couch!
My DH side of the couch gets extra creases in it, which ended up creating a nasty gash in the leather back cushion cover. It's a quality custom top grain leather sofa and I didn't want to have to send it off for repair. I actually used real leather for the patch and then matched the colour in the crevices and some Feibing's leather dye. I could have filled the crack more, but would have had to use several layers and then simulated the texture. The creases are much less noticeable in reality than in the photo...the leather reflects the light and picks up any minor detail. Thank you for a great product!

I had rented a place that was furnished for the summer. They had a chocolate brown leather couch, and as I have 3 cats and two dogs, I covered up the couch with thick fleece blankets. But, because my cats are crazy and ran top speed along the top, their nails went through and scratched the funiture. No deep scratches since they didn't claw the furniture, but scratches none the less (I would never get them declawed since it is incredibly cruel and is actually an amputation of the cats paw digits and is very painful and traumatic for them- totally cruel). Anyway, I used according to the directions and "painted" the scratches and the couch and it came out great. THe landlord didn't notice a thing and I got my full security deposit back. Worth the money!
