Great stuff. I bought a Fille Simbie, it was cut super, you can put it on a bootbridge in the morning. But is it necessary to cut so thin meat, I still have a question)))
Got this for my daughter cause she cooks a lot of Japanese dishes, and this makes slicing the meats super thin for the dishes she makes, way better than the way she was slicing the meats one thin slice at a time, where this tool makes the job easy and faster. She absolutely loves it!

Very sharp-good quality
Received my Once For All meat slicer last week, quicker then expected. So this morning I decided to make jerky. I used the meat slicer to slice 3lbs of beef, 3lbs of pork, and 3 lbs of chicken. Normally this would have taken me 2hrs or more to trim and prepare for marinating, with the Once For All I was done in under 30 minutes with the meat marinating in the refrigerator. I will recommend this to all my jerky making brothers and sisters. If for some reason this product becomes defective I will promptly purchase another without reservation.

Received the product to use for making jerky. The blades are very sharp. Cut right though the meat with little effort. I used all the blades so the meat was very thin and well, didn't make the best jerky but that was my fault. The product works exactly as described.
Albeit this item looks like one of those gadgets, that you buy ones and never use, these knifes, at least in our kitchen, used often. It cuts easily and quickly, producing this, or thick, slices of meat. Be careful, the blades are very sharp. Highly recommended.

Good for cutting beef jerky. More safe and quicker then using a knife. Wish the hopper was a little bigger. It's about the size of a small coffe cup. It cuts pieces roughly 3 inches X 3 inches. Overall, I'm pretty impress how well it works.
