How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Most clippers I have owned had a different blade on the end but this one has a different blade which for me took a little time to figure out. The neat thing is that I usually trim my wife's toe nails but the first time with these I had to move her toe in a directing that put a little twist that she was unfamiliar with and now I don't cut her toenails anymore.
I had to write this . These are incredible for ANY price! Very sturdy, more than enough for my thick, nasty, old man toes. The file alone , good abrasion, easy to hold stainlessI think, is worth the $. The clippers are as strong and comfortable to handle as any I've ever had. The clipper is more than up to the task of clipping my fungus thick nails. In 5 minutes they were neat and smoother than they have been in years. I can't say enough, and I'm not getting paid to say this. I've been using traditional large clippers and they just can't get in the corners . These "pliers" are really sharp as people claim but very precise because you can grasp the whole nail no matter how thick and cut it clean in the corners in a snap! The clippers are also very sharp and as with knives this makes for easier and safer cutting. I can't believe that they will break or fail they seem over built! Get them they are the answeer to your prayers.
Very easy to use and it can even cut the toe nail at the tricky corner. Recommend!
I expected them to be smaller and when I saw them at first I said oh my goodness they're so big but they are excellent. They do a great job and I love them.

A major improvement over standard toenail clippers. As I get older this style helps since my bending is more limited.
These clippers are really high quality - never had better ones. I had no idea how important the rubber grip handles were. They are really a good deal for something so professional. They are a money and time saver as I cancelled my appointments with my podiatrist who charged my Medicare high rates for nothing substantial - now I don't waste the government's money or my time. I'm also able to keep up with nail growth which doesn't always happen at the same time as scheduled appointments. Yeah, they're great.
I have toenails of steel. I was looking for mini tin snips and this came up. Since my feet looked like I could swoop down and snatch a fish out of the water, if I could fly, I decided to give it a try. To my excitement, they cut my toenails on the first try. Really sturdy! I ran into the living room and showed my hubby. He looked less enthused but I was really excited! Finally something that worked! Thank you!

I'm not a man or a senior (as the add says) and I love this clipper!!! The easiest clipper I've ever used. It is so easy to use. It's ergonomic and clips toenails effortlessly.
This clipper is my most prized possession! OK...a little overboard. But, I have been struggling with cutting my toenails since I have a hard time bending over and staying bent over for a long period to try to cut toenails. As I aged (70 now), the nails became thicker and the regular clippers are not shaped to do the job; nor, strong enough to cut through. I would look like a contortionist in a circus act leaning and bending, trying to get the right angle. This little gem is strong and angled for the job. Also, easy to hold. I tried using it on my fingernails and "wha la." Perfect shape, a tiny bit of filing the ends and the job is done. Don't hesitate to buy this. You will be glad you did. I wish I found it sooner.
I broke my wrist a year ago, and can not turn my hand enough, to use standard clippers. I had seen these in a Russion video, and decided to check. I just used them for the first time. They are great, cut like it was paper, and the angle makes the difference. Best clippers, I have ever had. The handle fits well. I used just one spring.
Wonderful clippers. Unfortunately due to fungus and aging, I have two very thick toenails that are impossible to trim with ordinary toenail clippers. These clippers are great. They are STURDY enough to clip my horrible thick toenails. With these clippers I can trim around the cuticles so easily. truly these will get the job done easily! Love them.
