How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The headset was received, and the delivery speed was very fast. After two days, the battery life is still good, and the sound quality is very good. Satisfaction!
Bought this for my 12 years old daughter for her zoom class , she said is comfortable to wear , and the sound is excellent.
Light weight, and clear audio and mic. I like that I can still hear my surroundings as I have it all day long.
Takes a little bit of getting used to putting it in but it works fine. Sound is clear and microphone works. The sound doesn’t have a lot of base in it like how I want it when listening to music, it’s more of a clear sound but it works for me since I mainly use it for phone calls and I wanted to be hands free to be able to multi task.
I purchased this because of the price, it was half the cost of my Plantronics that is slowly loosing it's battery life (it is 3 years old now and used daily). While it doesn't have all the features it seemed to be a very good headset for this price point. The battery life just absolutely blows me away. Others have a talk time of 6-7 hours which I can easily go through in a day. I have been using this headset for 3 days now on a single change and still going! The charger is magnetic and charges on the inside of the mic boom and comes with several ear pieces to help with fitment in your ear. Now what you need to know, is it loud and clear? The answer to both is yes, it is very loud and has good tone to it. Callers on the other side seem to not have any issues hearing me and say it is clear as well. I drive a truck for a living so noise cancelation is a must and it does this well also. Now the bad part, I don't know if it's just me or the headset but I can't get it to fit snug in my ear, it's not going to fall out but I just feel as if it could fit a little bit better. Overall despite the fitment issue I would recommend it and feel as if it is a great value and would definitely purchase again.
I've owned many headsets and mostly have owned Plantronics. These Yamipho headsets beat every Plantronics headset I have owned and I've owned many. They are super comfortable, and the most comfortable headset I have ever worn. Also, the cost of less than $25 is ridiculously low compared to the cost of a $120 Plantronics headset. I'm considering purchasing another just to have a second set to share with my husband.
Extremely long battery life but very easy to miss place but when using it i love it
I was a bit leery of buying something with no reviews, but am glad that I did. Well made and pairs easily. Is comfortable both in and on/around my ear, and doesn't interfere with my glasses. Sound is good—even the bass is decent, which I didn't expect; though if you're an audiophile you'll disagree ;) —on both ends (hearing, and other people hearing you), even when wearing a mask. And the noise cancelation works great. I'm using it when doing virtual Puppy Socials, which means I'm in a sizeable echoey room with boisterous and frequently loud puppies running around and having a ball while I narrate to, and answer questions from, their parents who are watching over Zoom. Another plus is that it comes with a case, which is ultimately why I went with this one. No idea why so many are sold without one.
I found a few uses for this device, first I had no idea I could pair it with my laptop a new one on me but pleasantly surprised since no other Bluetooth did that before, although this is a newer laptop and my old one would have searched for eons for the word blue tooth.
So far the fit feels good in my ear and stays in while I run around chasing a 15 month old all day. I like the option to be able to chose if/when I use the ear piece. The sound is loud and clear for both media audio and call audio.
The case is only recommended. It holds great and is really robust.
