How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This sharpener is well worth the money. This makes sharpening knives a breeze. There is nothing worse, or more unsafe, than a dull knife. This sharpener works quickly and does an excellent job of sharpening my knives. I love that all of the “dust” is collected in the little compartment. I always felt like there was dust all over my counter when I would use the manual knife sharpener I have. I haven’t had to sharpen it yet, but I’m pretty sure this will also sharpen my food processor blade. I would highly recommend this sharpener. It feels very sturdy and well made and it an excellent value for the money.
I really like this electric sharpener. I have tried other sharpeners in the past and always thought they felt cheap and didn't work that well, so I’ve been using manual sharpeners for years. I decided to try the electric sharpeners because I’ve been impressed with their quality on other products. I have to say that this product does not deal cheap at all. It looks nice as well. The instructions are very clear and easy to use. Once again I am impressed with a this product. Good job.
I have been used to hand sharpening my knives. Finally tired of that. After checking out various products, their features and reviews I chose the Mueller sharpener. Takes a bit of use to learn to use this product. Not as easy as the seller says. But, once learned it will deliver razor sharp knives. Do not lose hope when first sharpening your knives. It takes more work than advertised. However, once sharpened to your satisfaction it is really easy to keep them sharp. Great product.
This sharpener brought new life to my knife set. I was ready to purchase all new knives after trying some other methods to bring the edge back to my blades. I don't have one of the several hundred dollar high quality sets, but the set is nice enough that I decided to get more aggressive with the sharpening. I'm glad I did. Within 5 minutes, I had sharpened the entire set and all the knives are like new again. Great investment even with just one use.
Bought it for use in my small commercial kitchen - it’s simple, the angles appear to be correct, and it does a good job with only a couple swipes. I am still looking for that perfect sharpener, where the knife is stationary and the grinder moves up and down the blade, for an exact sharpness all along the blade, but until then, this one works well, also it has a bit smaller footprint, and the cleanout tray is a nice touch.
The Mueller electric knife sharpener is a very handy tool for anyone who likes to cook. I have tried a number of knife sharpeners and this one is a winner. It is effortless to use and sharpens blades quickly. I tested one of my knives on rutabaga before and after. I was shocked at how much better the knife performed after sharpening with this tool. It took a lot less effort to cut and I had more control over the knife. I also like that it does not take up a lot of room in my kitchen cabinet. I highly recommend it.
My boyfriend is a novice chef and a few months back he bought a really fancy set of knives for cooking so I got him this for his birthday cause I thought it might be of use to him. He loves it! It's definitely heavier than I thought it would be but that's also good because it's super sturdy and didn't move around or anything. It even catches the metal shavings in a little slot so you don't have to worry about them being all over the place. It's also got a very sleek look to it.
I ordered this electric knife sharpener for my parents as an early retirement gift. Sort of a joke because my dads job use to give him a new set of knives every 5 years. I am very pleased with the product (and so are my parents!) We tried it on a couple of their heavily used knives that have gotten a little dull over the years and it brought them all back to life! (Super easy to use too) Mueller is a good brand and I trust their products so I am not surprised by the quality. Definitely scoop this up to sharpen up all your dull lifeless knives.
This is a professional sharpener you would find in a commercial setting. I was surprised by how heavy and study this sharpener is. It stayed put while sharpening the knife. Very easy to use, I sharpener every knife I had in my kitchen after it arrived. The sharpener is made well, the housing is not cheap plastic. I love the fact that is had a compartment that collects the metal shavings. I am glad I choose this product
I'm a highly experienced professional chef, who has used a three way wet stone to keep me sharp. The electric sharpener is quicker, safer, as effective and less messy. A usage tip: pull the knives slowly towards you, ending with the tip like you are slicing a perfect pound cake. Nice light, slow and even. The price is right and the quality great.
This sharpener was recommended by a friend who got one as a gift. I have only used cheap hand sharpeners until now. This knife sharpener has made all of our kitchen knives super sharp and quickly. Just caution everyone because our knives are sharper than ever before!

Must say this knife sharpener is one of the best i have ever owned. The quality of craftsmanship is astounding. This sharpener has made me love cutting up food again. Its great to have a sharp knife to use. Cutting food is so much easier with a good sharp knife. I own a few things from this company and every item is great craftsmanship will definitely be buying more.
There are so many knife sharpeners out there. After checking their features, I decided on this one and I was right. First of all, it is heavy; sits on the counter nicely during sharpening process so that you can use both hands to guide the knife. Two slots (righ and left) for rough grinding and another two for polishing gives the knives a very sharp edge. It is well designed and built. I am sure I will use it for a long time and enjoy food preparation more with sharp, easy cutting knifes.
Great value for the money. This was a lot sturdier than I thought based on pictures that was very easy to use. I got so excited when I received the package - put it to use right away. Have to note that you need to rest the machine between uses. But definitely recommend
This sharpener is nice and sturdy, doesn't take up much room, and looks great on a countertop. Excellent quality, however, it is not as beginner friendly as I'd hoped. As I saw another reviewer mention, it does take a little bit of practice to get the hang of using this sharpener - how fast to draw the blade, angle to hold it, drawing the tip out at the end - but it only takes a few tries to get a feel for it. I decided to practice on a couple dollar store knives until I felt comfortable with the machine(a move I highly recommend) before tackling my nicer kitchen knives. It does a fantastic job, I can once again butterfly a pork chop with no effort, and cut paper-thin slices out of a tomato like magic. Highly recommended, but keep in mind you may not have perfect results the first time you try. Give it a couple tries to get used to it.
I was really shocked at how sturdy this feels. There are different sizes for different bland thicknesses which is great making this very universal. I feel like it takes a bit of practice, but once you get the angle right it's a piece of cake. Will certainly be using it regularly on all my knives.
One thing I would suggest is that you test this product on a knife that does not matter to you. I noticed with the first run that it left marks on my knife that looked like it was not sharpened evenly through the entire blade. This also could have been my doing as I am not used to using an electric sharpener. I have tried this on several knives since and it sharpens them amazingly better than my self-sharpening knife block which is terrible.
I was gifted a very good set of knives last Christmas. After years of using cheaper knives, i was elated. However after several months I decided I needed a decent sharpener to keep my knives in good working condition. Well I found this sharpener. I tried it immediately and was so happy with the results. I also used on a couple older knives that i was find of. Beautiful results! It only took a couple tries to get the hang of it. This will stay in my drawer next to the knives. It makes prep time for meals so much easier.
Dull knives are dangerous. After taking a cooking class, I've realized the truth of this! We must have spent the first few hours of my online course on knife skills. I sent my chefs knife away for sharpening but then I was without if for weeks. The better solution? A knife sharpener at home. The sharpener is very easy to use and has a cool magnetic pad integrated into the sharpener for little bits that shave off. After using it once (about 4 runs through the sharpener on the course side and 2 on the fine side), my knife was back in shape to slice cleanly through a piece of paper and back in action on my cutting board for all our veggies.
