How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It is nice to have the large zippered pocket! As for the outside the pockets are handy for not having to reach into your pocket then into a wallet. However, you really have to be attentive so as not to leave it in the visor because its in full view of anyone walking past your car.
This is great. Pockets and zipper compartment for everything! I love it! It exactly matches my visor. Passengers ask me if it came with the car. I said “are you kidding? A dealer would never give you anything like that!” Anyway it is very nice and holds my ferry schedule, registration, car insurance and sunglasses.
We had purchased a car for our 16 year old, and she likes to have things very tidy in her car. (Like Mom and not Dad, who is a slob.) So she asked specifically for this item. I purchased two, thinking I might want one for my own vehicle. These are so handy and she loves hers. I will have to buy a third one as my slob of a husband decided he would use the one that I bought for myself! We are all shorter people (under 5’7”) so for us the issue of the eye glasses hanging in our line of vision wasn’t a problem. They worked fine in my daughter’s Chevy Malibu and in the hubby’s Dodge Truck. The ones we purchased were gray in color, were nicely made and really gave us a lot of storage. I would recommend this and I thought it was an excellent value for the money! I’m going to also order one for all my older girls.
I can store ton's of stuff in there and not obstruct my view except for the sun glass clip. As you can see, with sunglasses, they fall right into your field of view. I solved it by putting the sunglasses in the mesh pocket and put my pen in the clip part. Very high quality, I was pleasantly surprised for the price.
Didn't know there would be so many to choose from. Glad I chose this one. It fits my needs perfectly. Love the card holder as my fleet and offroad card are right there for easy access. Zipper pouch is great for registration and insurance.

When I purchased I thought it may be one of the things I purchased that I would never use. HOW WRONG I WAS. I love this thing. Keep my rewards gas card in slot so it is easy to find. Since we are all having to wear masks now I keep my spares stored inside the zipper area so I can find them when I need them. This is probably one of the best things I have purchased in a LONG time
This organizer has something no other has - elastic bands that have Velcro on the ends for attachment! It's the best of both worlds. One thing I needed and hoped for was a deep mesh pocket on the right side so that my phone will fit in it. I was not disappointed. The mesh pocket fully engulfs my Galaxy S21 and then some. It's about an inch deeper than the S21. I also wanted a pocket that slides in from the side so my phone doesn't launch towards me when taking off from a stop light, and of course this one delivers being a side pocket. Otherwise, the materials feel pretty good and sturdy and the zippers are super easy to slide. I'll be ordering two more for my wife's car and my other car. Highly recommended!
I LIKED THE ORGANIZER SO MUCH, BOUGHT ONE FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE. SHOULD HAVE ORDERED THEM BOTH AT ONCE THOUGH ........TWO DIFFERENT SHADES OF GREY....... ( SHOULD MAKE A MOVIE BY THAT NAME ) !!!!
Having an older vehicle storage and organizing can be tough found this as a nice addition for my car and I use it for important items also has zipper for an emergency cash.
This is a GREAT product. It fits my sun visor perfectly. A very good feature is that it holds my "tools" that I own for my personal protection and safety. I now have instant access to these "tools" and they are not buried away in my glove compartment.
I like all the features. Especially like the velcro straps. This is better than the cheap elastic straps that tend to stretch out in the heat of the car. The material of the whole organzer is heavy duty and looks very well made.
This one is better quality than those we have had in the past. My husband is pleased that it securely holds what he needs at his fingertips as well as glasses or sunglasses. When the time comes for another, we will definitely repurchase this one.

I absolutely love this thing. It holds my lighters, earrings, cards, and even my sunglasses. Another thing that I love about this is that I can easily hold any papers in there that I want. It is amazing for the price and I recommend anyone to buy this who doesn’t have enough room in their car to put a lot of their stuff
great for keeping my important papers, my teceipt envelope, odds and ends and any thing else I need tucked away. I dont use the outer pockets as much as the zip part. Its not to big and bulky and it doesnt block my view or hit my head. I can still use my mirror and fold my visor forward when I need it!
Great organizer, I love this visor organizer it holds plenty of pens credit cards and miscellaneous paperwork right on my visor easy to see and quick access. I like it so much about one for the other visor in my truck. Not to mention it’s super easy to install and Remove when cleaning the inside of your vehicle. Highly recommend this product.
I went from a Ford Expedition to a Nissan Rogue, so storage space is now at a premium. I love, love this visor storage unit.!! Perfect grey color to match my interior , Just big enough to hold my work badge, glasses, ink pens and a few other items I need quickly at hand. Would recommend and buy again
I've tried several varieties of these visor organizers. These are by far the best. The others need to go into a different line of work.
This thing is great! No more mess of coupons, business cards etc. Clipped to my visors. Avoid the mess. Get one of these!
Tje little girl I got this for has wanted a Cocker Spaniel, as we have 3 and she loves them. She was so excited about this guy, very nice looking, and has been sturdy enough for her to carry back and forth to school.
Easy to install and holds my phone, sunglasses and other things I need nearby. I like the inside pocket too. I use it to store phone cord.
I bought this because the shade looked more white than gray. It in fact works very well with my white leather interior. I didn’t want to go with black beside I didn’t want a harsh contrast. So far it is working great and looks nice.
