How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Hubby loves it for neck support in reclining chair. Dogs like it too but for tug a-war between 2 9 month old puppies so it needs to be hidden. But, that being said, it survived the incident without it being ruined so it is VERY durable. :)
The neck pillow/headrest does take some getting used to, if you have always been a sloucher like me. It helps you maintain your posture and keeps your neck from drifting down, such as when looking at a phone or ipad, therefore, maintaining an upright position. Price was a plus as well.
I originally bought this for my husband who was one month post op from Neurosurgery. He couldn't get comfortable with it yet so, he asked me to give it a try as I have chronic neck pain. I have it on my recliner & it makes a huge difference for getting into that comfort zone I hadn't known. I would recommend anyone who wants to enjoy life a little more, give it a try, I'm really glad I did!
This Neck Pillow Headrest Support Cushion is just what I need to keep my neck comfy while watching TV in my recliner. Add to that the very quick and polite customer support and I give them 5 stars in every category.
I use this for my desk chair. It has a head rest which supports the head when reclining backward. However, when sitting straight up working at my desk, it doesn't support my neck or head. This straps right to my chair's headrest and extends the support perfectly so my neck and head are supported. If you're looking for a soft pliable headrest, this is not for you. It is firm but has memory foam like feel to it. It's not soft and squishy. I would describe it as a firm softness. I'm very happy with it.
I wanted a neck pillow that would give me support when I am using a new recliner that I purchased. This fits the bill because it has the support foam similar to the name brand. This is especially a nice product because the shape cradles your neck/head.
The size is perfect for my neck and the material does not compress into a permanent pit but keeps its shape very well. I am so impressed I just ordered their seat cushion and await it's arrival with great anticipation!
This little pillow is exactly what it says it is: an extra firm neck pillow. It's exactly the right size that I have been searching and searching for. I wanted something to use in my recliner - I have to sleep in the recliner - and not mess my hair up too. That may sound vain but it helps a lot. It is made of memory foam just as advertised. Just so your sure, extra firm means exactly what it says.

I love the contour of this pillow - exactly matches my neck. It is great with my recliner for viewing TV or napping. I am in my seventies and this is a perfect accessory for my chairs and car seat.
I read the reviews I’d this pillow and was worried it would be too firm. While it is not super soft, it’s very supportive. It is not rock hard and while it could be a bit softer, it is quite comfortable for me . I use it while watching tv in my recliner and it is perfect.
The Desk Jockey is a very solid neck pillow, has a very soft feel and forms too your neck within hours of use. I will be buying more of these for my TV room also!!!
I primarily use the neck pillow while reclining and watching TV. It provides the right amount of support and helps align my eyes for TV viewing. I would recommend this pillow to everyone who has experienced a stiff neck from sitting without the proper neck support.
Bought a new recliner and my head just fell back. It was uncomfortable to watch tv from my chair. I researched and bought this pillow. Placed it behind my neck and I now comfortably watch tv at the perfect angle. It was more than I expected and would recommend this to everyone.
First off to the people that claim this “ is hard as a rock” no da it’s memory foam. Second if you own a HBADA gaming chair this would replace the crappy head/neck pillow that comes with it. I sit for hours playing COD MW and it’s just amazing! Worth every cent , and to be honest I’m shocked it didn’t cost more.
I use this on my office chair and it provides good support. I didn’t end up needing the extender strap but I appreciate that it came with one. Good product for the price. I will buy again if I need one for my car too.
