We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
These suction cups allowed me to put out rents I thought I was going to have to fill.
Very easy to use and very much value for money as it saves about 80% of the cost if we go to the body shop for the same work.
I got a new car. After a week, I noticed a small dent the bottom of the door with no paint chipping. Not sure where I got it. After inquiring with my neighbors I found that this kind of a tool could help. Yes indeed. I was willing to Shell out 100 to 200 bucks in a nearby body shop to get the dent removed. I'm glad I bought this tool since I was able to remove the dent under 20 bucks myself. All the disease work like a vacuum suction cup but a bigger one which could full metal sheets. Just put it on the dent rotate the cup and pull the vacuum. It will stay metal sheet alarm and remove the dent.

Not sure if you can tell the difference in the pic but it managed to get one dent out from the two that was there. The suction power is great but from many tries it seems to only have the best pull when the dent is completely flat... must be no curve or crease to suction properly. It definitely gets the job done though to make it look better than before. I would still recommend.

I had a dent in the quarter panel of my truck and the estimate from a body shop was just over $600.00 to fix it. I tried these suction cups (the two small ones) and after a couple times and some hot boiled water over the dent it popped it right out.
Inadvertently backed my car into the washer in the garage, resulting in a big dent in the washer and causing problems during the spin cycle. I was able to use the suction cups to pull out the dented area. Worked perfectly. The two small suctions cups were able suction tightly to the washer/metal surface easily. The larger one took me a few tries - just need to make sure that there are no perimeter gaps between the cup and the surface in order to create that vacuum.

As you can see in my photos, someone bashed into my parked car and left a sizable dent in my number cover. The small suction cups were perfect to pull this dent out- the result is the second photo. You need to heat up the area first for this to work. I used a hair dryer but you can use a heat gun or boiling water also. Once the area is heated up, just pop on the suction cups and pull those dents out!
The tool is extraordinarily useful, I could fixed the dent on my car very easy and fast. I love it.
It was a good product it did the job for what it was purchase. I had a dent in the back of my pick up and with this product I was able to get it fixed.
These things really adhere and pull well, especially when misting the cup and auto with some water or soapy water mix. I only used the small 2 in puller on my car and within about two minutes two of the three dents I tried it on were completely gone.
The smaller on worked beautifully. Had a dent in my car and it was going to cost hundreds to fix, I used a hair drier to warm up the dent area then pulled it right out with the smaller suction cup. The bigger one didn’t work as well on my dent which was about 6 inches in perimeter.
I loved this product! I got a brand new car, and someone dented it. I was heartbroken, and then I found this and it literally worked perfect for me! It didn’t come with instructions but they’re on here if you look, and it’s super easy to use. Overall very happy with this product and it was a great price.
Item works amazing on dents. Really easy to use
I went to an autobody shop they tried to charge me 450 for a little baby dent. This little gadget worked wonders and saved me a ton of cash.
I have a larger suction cup dent repair tool that was too large to work on the dent I was trying to repair & these smaller ones fit & worked perfectly. I was able to get 2 of these in the right spots & I used a bar to "thread" through both handles & this allowed me to apply enough pressure to pull the dent out.
When the trailer hitch put a small ding in the tailgate of our new truck, we were devastated! But these were almost magical and saved the day! Simple to use, just place over the dent and suction, then pull and the ding popped out. We also tried it on a couple of the smaller dings on my son's very old truck and they popped out also. Super cheap price so no reason not to give it a try on the smaller dents and dings.
