How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
When this arrived, I frowned, thinking it's so small no way will it keep anything even mildly warm for more than 5 mins, much less hot. BUT...I tried it out, and sure enough, it will keep a full thermos of coffee HOT for hours and hours!!! Testing it without opening, it kept coffee hot enough to drink after 6 hours! So happy to have this to take to events (dog shows specifically where there is rarely any afternoon coffee available.) I do recommend this. It's small, and that's what I wanted, but know that it is mostly a one person thermos.

Better than I expected
Smaller than it seems but very good for quick couple of sips or for kids.
I filled my new water bottle with hot chocolate before heading out on a winter hike. Not only did it keep my drink hot, but it used it to warm up my hands several times. It really works!! Amazing - will be buying more as gifts. Not sure how the technology works, but I'm sold.
I was not 100% sure what this bottle was when I purchased it, a friend told me about it. Let me just say it is genius. Fill the bottle with hot water, give it a couple of vigorous shakes and I have instant relieve for my arthritic hands. I heat water in a tea kettle, I like the water hot. Note, it can get very hot depending on the temperature of water used. I use it while watching Wheel of Fortune, 3o minutes is perfect. I have used it for about a week and I have no pain in my hands when I sleep at night. In the morning I fill it with Hot Coffee, great for walking the dog on those cold days. Shake, Shake, Shake!
Tip: It is much more effective at keeping your beverage hot if you first warm up the bottle by filling it with hot water and letting it sit for a few minutes (then pouring the hot water out of course), before filling the bottle with your hot beverage. It makes a huge difference!
I love my Stanley Vacuum Bottle! It seals well without leaks and it keeps the liquid inside hot! It fits well in a backpack and I like being able to bring my own coffee with me. At work or on road trips I drink a lot of coffee and a 16oz travel mug just isn't enough. So, I'd inevitably have to go buy more coffee at a café, but that added up quickly, and it costs so much more than just making it yourself. (And when I make it myself I can make it the way I like it.) Now that I have the 1QT Stanley Vacuum Bottle I save a lot of money on coffee! :)

excellent product. we use it daily to keep water hot for mate . It keeps water at proper temperature for hours.
I purchased this thermos to use in my Osprey commuter backpack to carry a non-leaking supply of water. I fill with ice and water from my refrigerator dispenser, and it keeps cold for 24 hrs in the backpack at room temperature. I have another thermos for coffee, but it would likely work well for keeping items hot. I replaced a water bottle I lost; was pleased this thermos weighs less than a stainless steel water bottle with same capacity. I hope I don't leave it in the airport like my last two water bottles. I would buy it again.
I like the thermos I just purchased through Amazon. It works very well just as I thought it should. The price was right too.
I tested both of these vacuum bottles as soon as they arrived by filling them with boiling water and feeling the outside. Both of them operated PERFECTLY, with no heat loss whatsoever. (The previous brand I had lost heat rapidly.) Thank you for a great product and the prompt shipping.
So far, it has kept the liquid hot, and fits inside my shoulder bag without taking up too much room. Seller sent item quickly, very satisfied.
This is an appropriate-sized thermos container for my needs. I had a huge thermos that couldn't stand straight, so I was in the market for a new one. I found I do not drink more than 12-16 oz of coffee that I put in my thermos, so this one was the perfect size.
made well overall, nice clean finish with no scratches or dents, there’s no leaking, the silicone o-ring seal on twist lid looks like it can be replaced easy enough in future and best of all this small handed friendly thermos bottle doesn’t have a seller brand name splattered all over sides of it!! their logo is located on bottom of thermos where it should be and because of that i will replace it with same one if mine goes MIA at work or left behind somewhere. Also stayed cold inside thermos from 4:30am to 2:20pm something when i opened it to clean it out.
I love the size, it's just right for several shots of espresso. It's light weight and travels well in my backpack. This thermos keeps the coffee I make at home piping hot till I get to work and share with my co-workers. I use this everyday and love the quality.

When I saw how thin the metal looked I thought there's no way it's going to keep my coffee hot. I was completely wrong, surprised and happy. It performed very well! When I make coffee in the morning with my French press I want to keep the second cup very hot until I drink it later in the day. I bought this thermos specifically for that. When I checked later I was delighted, the coffee remained very hot. I have not tried to leave the coffee in overnight so I can't speak to that but I would be confident that it wood work well. I will try that soon and either edit this or repost. It does an excellent job, it's a great value.
So I have been waiting to write my review. I purchased this unit to take with me on conference trips as I love to get hot coffee in the morning and just keep it with me until mid afternoon. Yes I can just go purchase another cup of coffee but what if? So I purchased the beverage thermos and OMG. Great purchase, super satisfied and yes I will purchase the larger unit as well
