How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Seemed co.plex at first with all the controls, but after experimenting I love these headphones. The Bluetooth and call quality is excellent! Music sounds very clear. The only complaint is that the built in radio reception barely works at all...faulty antennae I side?? Idk, but all other features work well. The price is wonderful.

These headphones have great sound quality, and are so lightweight and comfortable to wear. It's very simple to switch over to incoming phone calls in an instant while listening to music . I liked the first pair so much that I decided to buy another for a gift. Very satisfied customer here!
Great product. I was a little hesitant purchasing because I wasn't sure about the quality. The reviews were good. I truly love this headset. It's bright, but it holds it's charge for a long time over 12 hours and the sound quality is good. I would definitely recommend as an affordable wireless headset.
Here's the deal...The product arrived on time and in good condition. The product comes in an attractive box ready to be wrapped for gifting. The headphones have an equally attractive carrying/storage zippered case offering protection and easy stowage. The headphones are relatively lightweight compared to similar products and are quite comfortable, at least for the short time I wore them...I've found that they all get a bit uncomfortable if wearing for an extended period...so I take a break from time to time. I thought the sound quality was quite good at this price point compared to more expensive main stream brands. Pairing was a snap and range was acceptable for my purposes. The control buttons are easy to access and manipulate and all of the functions performed as advertised. There is a noticeable difference when using the noise cancelling function, but don't expect complete noise cancelling. That said, they're not shooting muffs and even the high end brands don't perform noticeably better. I'm pleased with the purchase. There you have it.

I absolutely love their customer service. Had a problem with my headset when I received it. Seller response and take care of the issue very fast. The replacement headset sound great. Very happy with the buy and I’m using it while walking, jogging, and running with out any issues.
I like it one because it work, they got them for my daughter for when she is on the bus going to school, she had a pair before but someone took them so i had to order another pair. I will be ordering another for my oldest son. I didn't program it or anything my husband did and it didn't take long. Recommend!
The asssembly quality of the electronics is quite exceptional for the headphones.
After I moved to new office I need some headphone which can both handle noise cancelling and ear phone function. I found something simple and easy to use. It's perfect for me. design is simple and modern. length is adjustable. Best thing I like is this product can be folded for easy keeping. And I also can use with wired function with red line in the picture. I like this and will recommend it to my friend.
So easy to use. Sound is great and it doesn’t hurt my ears. Directions were easy to understand. Keeps my bopping my head while I run around the house and clean. Battery seems to last well also. Haven’t tracked a specific amount of time.
Not like BEATS or anything like that ...but these are foldable, cost efficient and lightweight on your head They look simple but kinda cool still bluetooth ...wire aux optional basically saves you the trip to the discount department store at this price
Bluetooth. Comfortable. Great sound and noise cancellation. Battery life lasts a long time. Be aware that if you do get a low battery warning they will die almost immediately after that warning. But they've only died once and only because I had not charged them in almost 4 weeks. We bought three total. One for using whenever and two for using while recording a podcast. They work great.
Excellent buy! Sound is great and function is simple. My son especially liked that these had a radio option and the color easily distincts his from his siblings headphones. Really hait with these especially at the price.
I like the volume level it doesn’t get too loud and my son can’t hear the other kids. We homeschool so sometimes one kid has computer or typing work and we don’t want to distract the other kids not doing computer work. Really comes in helpful
Great buy for the money. I bought it for the active cancelling. I used it on the airplane and it helps a lot. Really good sound quality with strong bass. Easy to pair,comfortable over ear headphones to wear. Great pair of ANC headphones. so far so good till now. With 3.5mm jack, you can use it when you don’t want to use bluetooth mode or in low power. Packaging includes a elegant carrying case, very easy to take it on the way. Exceedingly great and absolutely worth it. If you don’t want to pay $100-$300 on BOSE headphones, I highly recommended this one.
These are great! They are noise cancelling to an extent—make sure to turn on the AMC on the side. They're comfortable for long wear and the battery life last for about a week with average use 2-5 hours a day. Calls do not work well with the cord plugged in (was not able to hear me), unless mines is defective. Other than that, highly recommend.
I really love these headphones. They came nicely packaged which was excellent for me because I get extremely excited about unboxings. They are a really nice shade of blue and they’re vibrant. For the price, the vibrancy is great. I also think the sound on this is excellent. I can’t hear anything else when they’re on in the gym or when I take my breaks at work, so I rate the sound quality a solid 9. I like that it has a radio on it as well. I think one of the best features is that it folds for easier storage. Worth the purchase!
Very easy for my daughter to use. A little trouble setting up at first, but works well once we figured it out. I thought the volume was up too high when she didn't hear me talk to her, but when I checked, it was at a low level- noise canceling is an accurate description for these. Also very comfortable and love that there are no cords to tangle.
Finally some innovate bluetooth wireless headphones built in FM radio micro SD slot no more having to carry your phone for music no more ipod/neno/mp3 players. Wow less to carry when I'm working out. All the buttons you need on the headphones. I inserted my SD card to my computer transferred MP3 music on it and then inserted Micro SD Card in the headphones and works Great. Great price I definitely recommend these headphones !!!
I have to say Im greatly impressed with these. The sound is clear and the bass is phenomenal. Canceling out your surroundings is exactly what it does. Matter of fact i probably wont use these in public or on a walk it could be dangerous because you really dont hear anything. I love that it vocally tells you when and if it's connected, and when you're low on battery life. I've bought a ton of these because my daughter goes through them like water. After trying mine I bought her some, THESE she's had the longest and likes the most.
They look funny on my head, but they fit better on my ears than another pair I have. I'd never need the SD port, but it's convenient to have for maybe kids that their parents put the music on there for them. And I won't ever use the phone part probably cause that'd look weird if I'm walking down the road talking with headphones in. But! They're nifty things to have included!
Haven’t gotten to use them myself since I bought them for my son.. and so far he loves them and says they sound great. Also, despite him using the headphones for hours each day for both online school work and gaming later on , I notice he doesn’t need to charge them constantly.
Great quality and sound cancelation. I got these for my 8 year old after this last pair broke and these are by far better than the last ones. I give the noise cancelation 5 stars because although it helps him drown out his young siblings, it means he can't hear anyone talking to him
I've had these headphones for over a month. Headphones have great bass but not overpowering. Great noise cancellation, sound quality and volume control. Always room to improve but overall great headphones. Another thing I notice about this device is it doesn't always pick up on sound, when first listening to audio. So, again, could be better!
